How about P5 schools not schedule FCS, problem solved.

I think this is going to happen very soon. 9 conference games and 3 non-conference games against FBS opponents.

3 schools that are bowl-eligible this season did not receive invitations — Buffalo, UTSA and Western Michigan. Those teams could have a legitimate gripe about the FSU situation (if you're going to follow the eligibility rules to the letter).
