When the short lived series Awake came out starring Isaacs, The wife and I just about went crazy trying to place him. Of course I finally figured out that we both knew him with long white hair in the Harry Potter franchise.

Is he underrated?

Underrated is just sort of a catchall term here. Basically, I intended this to include any actors or actresses who never seem to get the lead role despite being great. Waltz frequently gets high profile supporting roles and brilliantly executes them, but he's not often the guy casting directors look up for the lead role.
