Favorite Recurring SNL Skits

The Keenan Thompson “what’s up with that?” is hilarious. Also the Black Jeopardy with Tom Hanks is right up there, but I don’t know if it’s recurring. The regular celebrity jeopardy is great too. Especially norm McDonald as Burt Reynolds. I’ll also say the weekend update with Che and Jost is really good. I love when they write each others jokes the last episode of the season. I personally do not understand people that say SNL isn’t funny now. It’s still good.

I feel like people have always complained that SNL isn’t funny anymore for like 30 years. I’m sure there are some eras that were better than others, but I think a lot of that is people being nostalgic. I feel like there are good episodes and good skits in every era, and there are some dogs from every era.

I don’t watch it much any more, but agree that Che and Jost are good and there’s some really good joke writing.

I couldn’t help but laugh every time Jason Sudekis would come out and do the running man in that red track suit.

That and Keenan’s eyes when the cymbal starts kicking in. I mean, the whole thing is beyond goofy, but just so funny. They roll out the weirdest **** and it’s just so crazy that you can’t help but laugh.
