Too early, given post yardwork in triple digit heat index weather. But that picture is inspiring for mid-week after the cold front moves in.
Agreed. I don’t get into Oktoberfests and other fall beers until the end of September
Pumpkin and Oktoberfest beers are my favorite, have a kid free weekend coming before school and soccer starts. Hopefully pick some up
Millstream Oktoberfest is a solid beer. Haven't seen it out yet but doesn't seem like it lasts long once it is.
Weather was cool enough, so I broke down and bought some Sam Adam’s Oktoberfest before Labor Day. It was worth it.
Anyone who likes Oktoberfest and makes a trip to Wisconsin get yourself some Staghorn. It’s my favorite Oktoberfest
It’s also a beer from New Glarus so you can only get it in Wisconsin just like Spotted Cow. Personally I like it much better. Spotted Cow is a bit overrated

Solid- nice color and smooth caramel and bread notes
It’s really good, full of flavor and so smooth. Also really like Confluence Octoberfest but it hasn’t been released yet. Octobot 3000 is my favorite but it’s an imperial barrel aged that’s on another level.
Did a long weekend in Madison. Checked out New Glarus, which outside of their fruit beers, I find overrated. Their brewery is a thing of beauty though. Be advised, not open on weekends. Speaking of fall beers, I picked up some Southern Tier Carmel Pumpking and Warlock.
