F1 2026 Discussion

Glad Bearman is ok, that was a nasty crash. That will be all the media talks about until Miami. I wonder if it'll be enough for them to make some serious changes.

I think they are trying to sell everyone first on what they changed before they actually decide to change. My personal viewership has gone way down this season. I’m not even excited about race day anymore and I watch the quick recap on qualifying instead of the whole thing

I've actually liked the racing a lot this year, they can follow a lot closer and the battery strategy has made wheel to wheel racing really exciting. But they just can't recharge enough energy, imagine what happened to Bearman today at a place like Jeddah.

When you're at the point where qualifying is more about battery strategy than just driving as fast as possible then you've ****** up.

I watched the Indy Race today and it was great. I love the look of the new f1 car but get rid of all this battery charging stuff.

It feels like a completely different sport to me but Indy is a lot of fun to watch right now. Just get rid of the commercial breaks, their presentation compared to F1 is terrible.

Weird story just because of how early it's being reported but GP leaving Redbull for McLaren after next year. Sounds like he's getting a promotion.

I know everyone hates Horner but if I am Alpine or some other mid field team, I snatch him up as quick as possible. He really is good at his job. At the very least hire him for a couple years just to get the place on track.
