Exception for Burton?

Hey, they say good things come in threes.
First is the experimental rule for the division 1 post-conference, pre-tournament championship games where the guys now get 6 fouls each. (Who gets fouls called on them more than us?)
Second is the Edozie waiver-type thing.
Third could be this, or maybe Kansas printing themselves new t-shirts that say "Gold medal Dynasty" with the word Dynasty spelled wrong. I'm open to either dream.

I really hope we aren't playing in one of the games with the experimental rules...

He transferred before the waivers rule change so I assume he'd be grandfathered in if he had a legit request and won the NCAA lottery of random decisions.

Another player not that long ago received a waiver that transferred roughly the same time. The NCAA seemingly has been favorable in granting waivers when coaching changes have occurred. He tried a semester with the new coach and then left. Would not be totally stunned if the waiver was granted.

Kuran Iverson was the player I was thinking of. Transferred from Memphis to URI I think.

A rational basis - plus - evidence the worm may be turning - ISU WBB received two medical redshirts this year.

Well, there was a coaching change, which got the dude who played for OU who's name escapes me at the moment a waiver. I suppose the fact that Burton actually gave the new coach a chance for a semester rather than immediately transferring means he won't get a waiver.

Sooner or later a blue blood will get the no waiver rule waived.

Yeah it's ridiculous how often ISU doesn't get a waiver and then you look around the country and see guys get it. There is a guy that had the same facts that is going to play right away.

Huh?
