Everybody knows we are a top-five team because of Fred. doesn't really need to be discussed because it's obvious to everyone.

So then why blame him for a rebuilding year two years after he leaves?

Pointing out the reason for something doesn't mean I'm mad about it. I'm totally fine with it but it is what it is. Having a great 4/5 year run and then adown year doesn't bother me at all. I just think that people will think it's Prohm's fault. Fred was in demand by NBA teams I'm not sure what he supposed to do about that either.

I'm tickled the way things played out.

Because his performance as a head coach are responsible for both. Leaders of any team/organization are accountable for the good and the bad. Fred is accountable for us being in the position we are this year, but also responsible for the cupboard being pretty bare the next. This is not a difficult concept nor is it in any way hypocritical.

I guess I don't really see next years team like you do. We have the base of a pretty good back court with cook and Thomas,not to mention if Morris comes back. a good sophomore malou coming in. Ernst has a big 12 body and could play more next year. and carter.. Anything we get from true freshman will be a bonus. yeah there's a pretty big drop off but there would be even if Hoiberg stayed.
 
And I forgot we have burton too. Plus the 5 star recruits after the national championship win.

@Coachcorn88: Yuba beats Lassen 95 to 68 at home. Saraba with 29 and Malou with 22, 14 and six blocks! Malou had three SportsCenter top 10 caliber dunks!!
 
Malou looks to have an off the chart skill set. The only thing that worries me is that his level of competition at Yuba and ABCD Prep is sad to say the least.

The dude is an absolute beast. I don't care if he plays against 2nd graders every night out. He's an amazing talent.
