Best case, he plays in sweet 16 and ISU small ball survives Kentucky.
That's why you recruit. And I realize Jefferson is a great player,but if we are a legit top 10 program this isn't the end of the world. Next man up! It makes things harder but not impossible. This requires energy on defense to overcome. It can be done.
It is what it is. We just will never get to that next level.
If one player is the end of the world you weren't at that "next level" anyway. Man up! Great guard play can overcome this.
Perhaps Jefferson can get a medical redshirt and return for next season

ISU has some depth but it's based on everyone being available.
Agreed, but losing one guy shouldn't be the absolute end. Just makes it harder. Be thankful it wasn't Lipsey. Good guard play can overcome this.
