Use the even more classic, "While I have been excited about your interest in my employment, I unfortunately have to go another direction with another company at this time. I wish you the best of luck in your continued search for candidates."

It's even better if it's about 3 paragraphs before ending with this.

Here's one I got recently (word for word, except for proper names removed):

"Dear Khardbored,

Thank you for your interest in the 3rd shift widget maker opportunity.

We are pleased to have had the opportunity to become familiar with your background and credentials.

At this time, we have decided to pursue other candidates for the role. We encourage you to continue your search for new or different opportunities across Frank's Manufacturing Co. that may interest you.

Thank you again for your willingness to explore this potential opportunity, and we wish you much success in your future career path.

HR Department
