D.M. River overflowing

WHO TV is reporting that the D.M. river has overflowed by 12 feet and doesn't expect to crest until sometime later this next week. They believe 12 feet of more overflow when Ohio state is expected to get the Rose Bowl nod over the Hawkeyes. The National Weather Service is calling this effect a hawkwhaaaaammy. People who live near the banks or in trailer courts should seek higher ground.
