Oh perversly poor programmers how you stab at the bowels of all things unholy....

I finally get to put in my Roku code and says "sucess!" and the t.v. screen says you need a new code to link the account. Nice.

I don't understand how they can't be ready for the game. Just look at past numbers of subscribers and double that and get servers that don't get overloaded immediately for the first football game.

I couldn't get logged in, but then I got logged in, been watching pregame stuff for the last 30 min. Then it just went black. No feed anymore. I'm just going to assume someone tripped on the power cord.

Yeah, here's what I finally got to work:

1) Get Roku up and running on the Cyclones.tv app and on the select login code screen, but don't select.
2) Go to www.cyclones.com/roku and manually type in your user id and password FIRST. It will take 1- 10 minutes to load this page, so be prepared to wait.
3) Now have sig. other get the Roku code from t.v. and type it in ASAP and hit enter like you can run the 40 in 4.2 flat.
4) Pray. With a LOT of faith. Must do this step or won't work. I know.
5) Wait oh so patiently. If you get the watch live screen after like a few minutes, it succeeded. If not, you'll get the retrieve roku code screen again.

God be with you. And if first you don't succeed, try, try again.

It'll start working in the 3rd quarter once a bunch of people have given up and the AD will call it a success and reason to not give refunds.

My cyclones.tv feed just went black as the game started and the hell with trying to log into that p.o.s.

Had it running then froze until 15 min into the game. After 11 more freeze ups including the last one with 2:24 remaining in the 4th was it for me. Never will pay for cyclones.tv again after getting screwed two years in a row. Tech support told me it crashed on their end so they made it free for everyone and no log in required not sure that was the best thing to do.
