Cyclones.tv complaining

It is a really strange issue for me. The video will just constantly play and pause automatically every millisecond. Occasionally it will pause forever and I have to relaunch the video.

Yep. My problem was always that the play/pause button would switch back and forth super fast and I would have to try to guess and click when it was on the "pause" symbol. If I guessed wrong it would refresh and I'd lose my spot in the video. If I got it right I could let it sit for like 30 seconds to try to load some more video, but not too long or it would disconnect me altogether.

This was with 15 mb/s internet, haven't had trouble since I upgraded up to 25 mb/s. But that should not be the requirement speed, that would be super high.

I had ~100 mb/s speed and still occasionally had issues.

This season, I have had very few issues.

Tried the link, no problems. I also have the player set at 720 for live events.

IE, 5mb/s

My Cyclones.tv iPad app no longer has any audio when watching videos. Any idea what that issue is? I've reinstalled the app and the video portion is fine except for the audio.

If you're talking about Neulion, yes Neulion is terrible.
Definitely agree with this.

If there's anyway for you to use wired internet rather than wireless, I've found that works better. Streaming the early non-con games this way worked perfect for me.

I am out in the country on DSL with a 3 meg connection and a noisy line.. (fixed it over xmas break) and it still worked great for me. I use firefox... won't use chrome.... too much pop stuff for me....
very rarely get anything paused on my setup.... you might look at your computer or your home connection. Are you using a wireless connection.. possibly in a neighborhood with others all using the same channels... lots of competition for the same channels......

I'm using wired in Ethernet.

I've found it to be inconsistent and often stops and starts. I think for games especially and I wonder if there is an overload of users.

Does anybody use the Cyclone TV Neulion app.? It cost $5, so would like to know before I spend the money. I use an android powered tablet, and using cyclone tv thru the internet browser is not working.

I have it. You obviously have to have cyclones.tv subscription for it to work. It works fine. A little more spotty than the internet, but overall pretty good. I mainly use it just for radio broadcasts of games.

I have the app on my phone. Hooked it up to a TV on vacation with a hdmi cable and had a good time watching the game on Christmas Day. Have not had any problems with the app.

I had trouble with it last year until I had my ISP come out and check on my router. They replaced it with a newer one, and I have not had as many problems since. If you are having trouble with it, you may want to check your connection speed at a site like speedtest.net or something. Your connection might be fine for normal surfing or something, but when you are trying to stream something like Cyclones.tv it just may not be fast enough.

It's a flash player, that is the universal format.

I just mean I have 0 issues watching or streaming any other video and most if the time streaming live on cytv is fine, but when I watch playbacks and other videos, it's constant buffering and when you try to pause it to load, the video restarts again.

Link worked fine for me. Chrome. But I did have issues during a game, don't recall which one (UNI? UMKC?), where I had to constantly click back or forward on the bar to get it unstuck from buffering every couple of minutes.
