Cyclones.tv complaining

Very rarely have I had any problem at all with it. Some people swear that they have nothign but trouble though.
I've heard you should close your browser and start a new one and that helps.
But, honest to god, I've only had trouble maybe 5 times in the last 2 years.
I can't even watch the postgame interview and game highlights.
Can you watch the video in this link with no buffering?

Must be a slow connection or slow computer if you can't watch that without buffering.
That would be no for both.
Other websites work fine and videos load quickly. Everything except Cyclones.tv.
I've had this trouble before and it eventually just stopped pretty much. I hate that you can't pause a video you're watching and just let it load so you can watch without and skipping or pauses.
It works fine for me, as long as I don't have 2 cyclones.tv videos open at the same time. I tried listening to the audio while watching a game on cyclones.tv once, and it failed... because they won't let you have 2 iterations open at the same time... whether on 1 or 2 machines or not. Otherwise it has worked fine for me.
It is a really strange issue for me. The video will just constantly play and pause automatically every millisecond. Occasionally it will pause forever and I have to relaunch the video.
