David’s semifinal match at 7:00
Great to see David back on the mat! Incredible to think what we had/have to have DC here. Hamiti teched the #4 guy from Va Tech last night and he couldn't touch David.
We were blessed to have that guy in our lineup for 5 years.
Hamiti looks much better at 174, but I am doubting Wolak is actually the 4th best guy at 174. He’s tough and lets it fly, kind of a Feldkamp type that can get hot pinning guys but might struggle with the high end guys that come right at you.
Taylor has these guys performing at a level that Smith rarely did
Hamiti has always had it in him, unfortunately just needed out of Madison. One of my favorite wrestlers to watch and hate that he’s in Stillwater

Also, with freestyle I always think leg laces when I see a 10-0 techfall. I was surprised but not really surprised to see David do it with five takedowns. It's exciting to see David continue his aggressive ways in the freestyle world.
I don’t know but David was about 5 levels about whatever that last dude was he had for lunch in the finals.
