Cyclone marrying a Panther.

Remember who's getting married and don't tell her to "figure it out" with your mom.

Getting married in Fort Dodge? Then I recommend you have the Bachelor Party at Taco Tico (Tico Burger, add sour cream). The rehearsal dinner should be catered by Taco Tico (Enchilada Dinner, sub Tico Burger w/ sour cream). And the wedding reception should be catered by Taco Tico (Tico Dinner, add Tico Burger w/ sour cream).

Thanks everyone for the well wishes! We're still looking for engagement pictures as well as day of the wedding photos. Everything else is in the books though! Thanks for the suggestions pm'd to me for photographers, it's very much appreciated!

I do love me some taco tico!

Congratulations. My best advice is that the number of guests you (she) want at the wedding drives everything, and if you're the type of person who doesn't want to blow a load of cash on an awkward party for your parents' friends, do everything in your power to convince her that fewer = better.

Also, don't listen to anyone who says you need a load of time to plan a wedding. Knock out the time-sensitive stuff first, like getting a venue, and then RELAX...resist the urge to fill the time between now and then with constant tinkering. Nothing's going to go exactly as planned anyways, so just remember that somehow it'll all happen, and on the day of, it'll all be over in a few hours.
