So Zimmer as DC, Kent State’s HC as OC, rumored to possibly have Tim Brewster and Charles Kelly on staff as well. Thats a lot of coaching experience to surround yourself with.

Watch Colorado come back to the Big 12 and already be ahead of us in a rebuild.

That is exactly why players need to be able to transfer without penalty. No shade to Sanders, who may be a great coach, but if you committed to play for a school under one coach, and then sat through that meeting, I can totally see why you might want to go somewhere else. And you shouldn't be penalized for wanting to do so. His style works for him, and that's fine, but I guarantee it's not a fit for everyone.

Agreed. But coaches have enjoyed that kind of power since jump street. It's accepted that they can clean house, if they see fit. But there are plenty of people who will argue that athletes shouldn't be allowed to transfer if they desire, or be penalized of they do.

It’s a great hire for colorado either way. They were a complete afterthought before this now absolute worst case scenario they energized the fan base and will get a ton of content out of this.
