I hope he goes to Wichita State and somehow twists the knife a little bit more in KU's back.
Unfortunately, if he goes to Wichita State, he won't get to play KU. However, he will still get to play UNI . . . 2-3 times per season. Wichita State will be needing guard leadership after VanVleet and Baker finally leave.
Idk why people are claiming he "quit". It's not like he just stopped going to games or practices. The guy just knew this wasn't the right fit for him. No reason to speak badly of him. Personally hopes he goes to Witchita St. and I'd like to see him be successful because, ya know, I'm not bitter.

Very talented athlete. Visited K State baseball this past weekend before visiting these schools.
Marcus Foster is visiting with him this upcoming weekend at Creighton.
I don't know if a typo, but the post from Cyclone07 said baseball, not basketball.Good luck to Custer and I hope he succeeds where ever he ends up. While I won't probably follow him closely, but if the program he choses is on TV I am sure I'll look and root for him (assuming they arn't playing ISU.) I caught Iona games for Sledge, McKight games for UFGC, Railey for WSU and Godfrey with Memphis. (I was watching a Maine Red Claws game for Babb Saturday) It be cool to catch a Oakland game with Percy and SDW. Things didn't work out due to timeing talent or other reasons with these guys, but each played hard while they were here and they made a good decsion to get some playing time before their college time ended.
Question though, Custer visited KSU last weekend? Is there an possibility that Clayton is considering "a Uthoff" and paying his own way for a year and going to Manhatten? They were in his top 3 when he commited to ISU and let's face it they need talent and close to home. Just a thought when I saw the post.
