*** @ Cincinnati Pregame Thread ***

If I were to bet anything on this game I would say bet the over. I can see our defense struggling with their offense a little, and our offense practices against a better version of their defense every single day.

Unless something has changed, 1st/2nd team O and D don't face one another in practice during the season outside of camp scrimmages, maybe bye weeks.

Unless you're saying ISU's scout team D is better than Cincy's which would be pretty awesome.

Lol! Ok. Let's just say we have the knowledge and skill in house to both set up effective practices and a good gameplan against their D. Goodness gracious.

Sorry, but there's actually people that have posted over the years that think the 1s go vs. the 1s etc. or that the ISU offense only sees a 3 man front since ISU runs it.

Vegas really fading us of late. Line moved 3pts against us Saturday. Now it moved 4 pts. Wonder if there is some more injury news.
Why in gods name would Cincy be favored? They haven’t played anyone of note. KU has been a mess beating up the sisters of the poor and Nebby hasn’t done anything to impress yet except beating Cincy.

Even if there was, Vegas wouldn’t know it yet either

Dontay Corleone (their stud DT) missed the KU game. Really like our chances to move the ball at will if he misses this game as well.

Vegas betters = smart people+people who think they're smart+dumb people. Outside of the smart people the rest listen to sports analysts. And we all know who they are. They're the ones pumping their contract teams first, then big markets second, leaving rural markets as backroom banter. So, it's no wonder the line is moving towards the bigger market. The good news however, is the line can serve as locker room motivation.

Cincinnati is a matchup nightmare, 287 yards of rushing against ISU last year, Vegas might have an inside straight on this one.
Has this become some strange coping mechanism for you? I feel like every week you're talking about betting line movement or some vegas sharp who's against Iowa State and panicking about it.

Last year's rush defense means nothing in regards to this year. You can also say Rocco is the nightmare matchup for Cincy as they've been torched by worse QBs this year.

The Vegas line moved by a half of a point! Everybody panic!!!!!

Here is what the defense has allowed currently

33/42 243 YDS 2 TD's (Neb)
29/36 274 YDS 1 TD (BG)
7/11 32 YDS 0 TD's (NWST)
19/28 445 YDS 4 TD's (KU)

Rocco is the best QB they have faced. I know i have said it once, but it would shock me if Tyson Veidt is getting sleep this week

They are the 3rd ranked offense in CFB in YPP, but personally i don't put much stock in that, because they have yet to play a good defense. This will be a tough game no doubt, but i think Rocco and these WR's will feast here
