Would have been a little more accurate to title this "Jerry Palm of CBS has us not in" as the rest of CBS as a whole doesn't seem to agree.

I am confident that ISU will make it. The Pac 10 is a joke this year, and the SEC is weak as well (like usual). I think ISU would get chosen ahead of mid-majors that are on the bubble, which there are a TON of due to the lack of quality teams from the major conferences.

The committee has experts that follow each conference. It would be impossible for this guy to follow every conference and he obviously is clueless when it comes to the Big 12. I could put out a closer bracket than him.

The only game in which we will be favored is the first one. I have confidence in our team, but asking for 3-4 wins from that stretch is beyond confidence.. more like Kool-Aid sipping. If they can manage two wins, I'll be impressed, and even better, I think we'll be a tournament lock.

Iowa State is going to coast through the backdoor into the tournament, FYI. The Cylcones won 80-69 over Oklahoma today. The resume keeps getting more cushion. Mildly concerning was Royce White only scoring four points. A lot of variance in his game.
