I would absolutely love to know the reason why he's leaving, but I doubt we'll find out. This throws a curve ball into my optimism for next year and the future. You simply cannot sustain success if you can't keep 4 year players in the program.

Grill, though... that's cutting into muscle, not into fat.

Ok, so initial reaction out of the way, this is pretty bad. I don't think Grill was ready to play as much as he did, but that's like, what, 7 players who left early for one reason or another with Haliburton and Lewis likely gone too to bump it up to 9. Nobody wants to play for Steve Prohm.

Yeah, and you don't need to play defense and rebound for a team that finishes 147th nationally in defensive efficiency and 308th nationally in defensive rebounding percentage. Hence the bad fit...

If there is anymore transfers, then it’s time to move on from Prohm. Kids transfer from every school, but when a high number transfer, there’s an underlying problem and 99% of the time it has to do with the coach.

Especially when it's a freshman that showed some promise, that grew up an ISU fan.

You'd think someone with that criteria is more bought in.
