What does being down three kickers have to do with “margins”. Some are completely ignoring key injuries and blaming coaching, talent, scheme, etc.. There are lots of factors at play here and injuries is one of them. Are injuries putting more pressure on coaching, talent and scheme? Absolutely.
The more kickoffs, the better it is for us.
Is it still gonna be the Thiccer Kicker, Carson Rhoads?
If we're gonna suck at it anyways, this is the only consolation I will tolerate.
Just onside kick it every time. At worst, it reduces the odds for a lengthy return, and at best you end up winning an extra possession.
or just free kick out of bounds....sure they get it at the 35 but it's better than risking them returning it all the way

I think we would just try to line drive it off the helmet of a BYU player like Army did against K state.
Matt Campbell is a great coach and well-respected by his peers and fans of other teams. We at BYU know he prepares his teams superbly and respect the grit with which his teams play. Excellent coach, great coach and someone that makes the Big XII proud. Plus you regularly defeat Iowa.
