Yeah but he was still incredible. He used to warm up by trying to hit the upright. He was incredibly accurate.Thing is...Shudak had advantages that kickers today don't. He got to use a block for his first 2 years, and had wider uprights (23'4" compared to today's 18'6") for all 4 years.
Despite a brief period when he got the yips his senior year, Shudak's sucessor, Ty Stewart, was pretty damn good.
