So, I haven't watched a lick of Breaking Bad, but decided to get on board, figuring AMC would rebroadcast it. (and I don't have Netflix)

Sure enough, overnight Friday into Saturday they're starting with the first five episodes.

Just a public service announcement...

Breaking Bad returns 9 weeks from today!

For context, the spring football game was 8 weeks ago and that doesn't feel like it was that long ago... right?

started watching one episode on my sister's ipad at the cabin on july 6th and now i'm 3 episodes into the 4th season (i bought 1-4 on dvd). I love the show so far but it's so much different than the Wire and Mad Men I can't really compare them. Mad Men is much more artictic IMO and the Wire just seemed more realistic with the criminals but so far BB is awesome. We have an entire planned to watch the first part of season 5 so we can catch up for the last past on Aug 11th.

I'm catching up with Breaking Bad by taping the overnight broadcasts on AMC Fri-Sat. I believe I just finished Season 3 Ep. 3. (Walt is back in the house, Gus meeting with "White Hat guy", the "twins", and Tuco's uncle)

I'm trying to figure out how they'll get completely caught up. Perhaps a marathon on the last week.

I started with season 1 a few weeks ago just to get ready for August 11th. I'm a few episodes into season 3 so I've got some work to do. I've got to get through the first half of season 5 before the premiere.

Hands down, the most emotionally draining series I have ever watched. I can't imagine what the final eight are going to be like.

Season 4 is when the series went to the next level of awesomeness.

I loved Season 3. The Season 3 season finale is probably my favorite episode of the series - at least the last 10-15 minutes or so. So intense.
