Even if we are a one seed out west, we play in OmahaI get that…..was just asking why being a #1 seed would keep ISU out of Omaha, as CyForce suggested. After all, being a #1 seed in Omaha doesn’t mean you are in the Midwest Region.

I have plans with her on Thursday and Saturday!! Lolthat actually works out quite well because i have plans with my wife next Sunday.
Oh I agree but most everyone on here is saying their is a zero percent chance we are being discussed for a 1 seed so it has to be 3 of UNC, Tennessee, Arizona or Marquette. My opinion is we are all taking the bracketologists as gospel that we are barely a 2 seed. If we beat Houston stack our resume with everyone else's and it's simply on par or exceeds everyone else vying for the final 1 seed spotDoesn't seem possible Tennessee could climb after their performance in the SEC tourney. If one of yesterday's losers was in contention I'd say Arizona. After that it's obviously UNC, then us and Marquette. Makes me want to puke but Illinois can still improve their line.

Not possibleMaybe this whole March Madness thing is a money making scheme and the committee guy on CBS was just talking out his ass to drum up excitement for the bracket reveal.
Put a comma after "unlikely", then reread.Just curious…..if ISU did the last #1 seed by beating Houston and having NC and Marquette lose, why couldn’t they be in Omaha?
If UNC loses, yes. And I don't care what the zero percent people on here say, their will be a discussion about itWhat if, hypothetically, we smoke the top team in the country and beat them by 20+ and almost double them up? Then can we be in the conversation for a 1?

I apologize for calling you crazy. Never thought we could blow Houston out of the water. We might just deserve that 1 seed!Call me crazy BUT I think if we win and Carolina and Marquette both lose we are the last #1 seed!
We are in omaha no matter what. Thur/satSo if we got a 1 seed, what's the nearest Friday/ Sunday 1st weekend location?
You seem persistent that all #1 seeds play on Fri/Sun. Where are you get that from?So if we got a 1 seed, what's the nearest Friday/ Sunday 1st weekend location?
They don't, but the committee will do it regardless.Tell my why NC deserves the fourth #1 seed instead of ISU? I will hang up and listen.
