This, a road game against Memphis is not a bowl game.
Liberty Bowl holds 61,000. Memphis has been in the 35,000+ range for attendance. If we bring the same number of fans last time, it will basically be 50/50.
Agree. ESPN will milk the occasion for every minute of advertising $ they can get. We probably won't know our pairing until after noon.
I hope Pollard is doing whatever he can to prevent us from going to Memphis. You can try to spin it however you want, but Liberty bowl vs Memphis is just a huge, huge letdown after this season.
