Those mocking Buggs here are again missing the point with him which is who would provide more value to ISU, Buggs or Harris. It is becoming apparent that Harris is best suited as an off the bench shooter (who can be exploited defensively) whereas Buggs can facilitate offense and provides better defense, both of which are greater areas of need to the ISU roster.
Whatever 3 pt shooting he offers (which is limited with his height and low release point) will be offset by his defense and his lack of offensive playmaking. APB and SDSU both exploited matchups against him and that will likely increase against better teams on the upcoming schedule.

The reality is that Prohm failed to address the PG need during 2020 fall and spring recruiting. The team would be much better off with Bolton not being the primary ball handler. Prohm signing a 5-9 SG like Harris (and a defensive liability) instead of other options was mind boggling and another potential recruiting miss that may eventually get him fired. There was a reason why he was run off by Memphis.
You are sold after seeing just 2 games from Harris in an ISU uniform, huh? Not sure how many Buggs has played, but guessing not many more.
