It might be close for a 40 .... Bolt closes the 100 a lot faster than he starts - I've seen some write up on a projected Bolt forty time ~ 4.1

Not much faster than Johnsons 4.25

Depends on the distance, 40 yds. would be a good race, anything over and Bolt would make Johnson look slow.
