He was only 81! ;) Teen idol of long ago.
"Julie, do ya love me?" is one song I remember, and who could forget "Here Come the Brides" show?

Maybe we need a celebrity death forum these days.

I don't want to be rude, but who?
Must be way before your time.

Google Here Comes the Brides. He was a teenage heartthrob as well in the late 60's

Interesting tidbit: Sherman left show business in the 1970s for a career as a paramedic and a deputy sheriff per Wikipedia

Whenever I think about Bobby Sherman, I think of this:

Yes, that is a record cut out of a cereal box. We had a couple of these when I was a kid including the Bobby Sherman one. I knew nothing about him except for the songs on that record. I think we also had a Jackson 5 cardboard record too.

Those cereal box records were the s***!

I had one by The Archies ("Melody Hill," I think), and we possibly might've had a Jackson 5.

The "Who ?" aspect of this thread falls in line with something I find amusing. I have made a few long road trips over the past few months and tend to gravitate toward "Oldies" radio stations. Traditionally, would expect the music to be from 60's/70's. However, I've noticed "Oldies" stations playing artists from the 90's & 00's.

Guess I'm getting really old at 61:cool:

I get what yer saying! In same age range.

Radio-programming wise (traditional radio, vs. XM), I started to feel "old" when classic rock stations went from "'80s at 8" evening hour to hearing '80s songs during noon hour slot.
