BLTs

Does anyone ever buy BLTs when eating out? I absolutely love BLTs and will make them at home, but refuse to buy when eating out because the lack of bacon used doesn't make the price worth it.

The Peanut in Downtown KC has an incredible BLT and worth every penny.

Scallops, king crab, snow crab, lobster, halibut, salmon, red snapper, shrimp, tuna, sashimi, and nagiri would like a word.
Ok I agree, leave the cheese far and away from any sea food. Unless we are considering McDonald's Filet-O-Fish sea food. Then it's still ok.

And no ******* mayo or miracle whip. Gross. B L T. No M.
Growing up, my parents used Dorothy Lynch salad dressing. I liked it back then but not something I would do now that my taste buds have developed.

I'll also posit that cheese belongs nowhere near a lot of middle eastern, Indian and Asian food. Not all of it, but take a dish like Pad Kaprow. It's basically perfect the way it is. There's not a cheese in existence that would make it better.

I don't eat that crap. I'm Iowan

My mom used to make a Pork andBean, Bacon and Tomato sandwich when I was growing up. The bacon never got crisp in the oven and it was just Van Camps P&B.

May have to try it but use some BBQ beans and partial cook the bacon before putting it in the oven. Will use homegrown tomatoes

Every time I try one of those kinds dishes, they go jihad on my colon and turn my butthole the next day into a car cigarette lighter.
