Blake Purchase Announcing 09-06

Blake Purchase is announcing his decision today. I haven't heard much about him recently other than ND coming in late to the party to try and play spoiler. Hopefully since Myles Purchase plays at ISU that gives us the leg up, but he seems like Oregon's to lose. What does everyone else here think? This would be a massive pickup if we somehow pulled this off.

Yeah I would not blame him for chosing Oregon. Very good football school. However, I think he could play for our defense pretty quick also.

Good football school, but after this weekend I'd be a bit worried about the new coach lasting long. The last thing you want to do is walk into a situation where there is going to be a lot of turnover.

I don't think that's an issue just yet. Their new coach can recruit and will be around for at least a few years unless they absolutely bomb this year and next. As bad as Oregon was, they also played Georgia, who could go back to back.

Osen just changed his CB... Still ISU, but with a confidence of 2 (changed from 4).
