black Friday

'This totally useless thing still cost $75 but was 30% off so I just had to buy it' just doesn't make sense.

I made the mistake of going to Fleet Farm around 1230 after shutting the grain bins up for the year to get some ice melt for the storm. Never making that mistake again.

Just got home from Iowa. Decided to leave today instead of Sunday due to the weather.

Gonna salt the drive way, grab some take out for dinner, then watch Paw Patrol Christmas special on CBS at 7 with the little one.

I can only hope that Ryder and his team of pups can save Christmas

At CB Menards and all the Imbeciles Out Walking Around are out in force with their WALMART garb. Worse than cockroaches!
Two nearby Bomgaars were packed. Checkout lines to the back of the store. 20% off everything 8-Noon.

Kid told his mom earlier in the week that he doesn’t like Santa, so our rooting interests for this one could get interesting!

Went to Muscatine Menards at 8:30. Still pretty crowded, asked about Little Debbie snacks . . . . all gone by 8:30am. Did grab several jars of peanuts at $1.25
If it was at Menards are you sure they weren't 'Lil Doppie snacks instead?

I knew last night I needed some chains from Menards. I went online and bought them (yesterday was the last day of their 11% rebate until next year). Just pulled into the yard and went to order pickup. Only way to go on Black Friday

The reasoning behind not liking Santa?
Pretty sure that’s him proactively looking ahead a few weeks to pictures with Santa time. Pretty clever for a little dude that’s almost 3.

Last year the closest we could get him to Santa was like 50 feet. Any closer and he would jump up and try clawing back to our arms.
