Fred obviously disagrees with you. Let's see.... trust your expert opinion, which didn't like what you personally witnessed in the Maryland game (When he was our best player), or trust Fred. Hmmmm, tough one. If Fred wanted him gone, this was an easy opportunity to get rid of him. Instead Fred risks his rep and puts himself out there in front of the media and faces the possibility of criticism. Sorry, I'm going to side with Fred on this one.

You don't know what Fred is thinking, so enough with the "Fred obviously disagrees with you" crap. The fact that Fred only suspended D-J for one game doesn't mean Fred is thinking "D-J is a really good team player and I like how he is meshing with the rest of the team." He may be thinking "I hope this finally knocks some perspective into D-J and he realizes how fortunate he is to be in this situation." You don't know and neither do I. These guys are expressing concern about something that Fred himself has hinted at at times. You can disagree with their opinion, but enough pretending like you are Fred's wife and have an intimate perspective on what he is thinking.

I disagree. It started off with some fool spouting off with some diatribe towards a person he's never met as if anyone would give a **** what he thinks and has digressed into one of the most hilariously childish arguments you can possibly have. Not sure about others, but I understand the 60dB...and still think it's pretty tight. Keep in mind, this is measured in the hallway of an apartment complex, and the sound equivalent is people talking...so...two people walking down the hallway at 3 AM having a normal conversation is 60 dB, perfectly fine. The same noise level in the same location is illegal because it's coming thru a door? Just don't agree with it.

Four people loitering outside your door and talking through the night is different than walking by. It's a permanent noise. He said there was pounding on the wall as well and that he could hear BDJ and the people there taunting him. It's a legit complaint. And it's happened many times. Sounds like BDJ couldn't have been more of a **** about it. By itself that's not suspension worthy, but it is a notable behavior especially after there was a formal sitdown between FH, the cops, the neighbor, and BDJ where it was agreed he would stop.
