Big Brother 16

Hard to pick favorites among this group. If I had to pick the 4 most likely to form an alliance that lasts, it would be Amber, Devin, Donny, and Nicole. All 4 seem like the most same and non have flamboyant personalities that could get on people's nerves.

I give this El Cuatro alliance until Sunday.

They are making to many twists. I like simple twists but You can't mess with the game like they are doing. It's not going to gain any new fans and it will make the fans like me not want to watch if the twists don't work right.

Watched tonight and was better than yesterday. Like Derrick, Caleb, and OMG Brittany - no woman should be able to have 3 kids and look that FINE! Zach is a tool, Jocosta is Jameka 2.0 religion freak, and ugh Christine - not a fan of tats to begin with so def. not a fan with people who cover their body in them.

So far my team of favorites are Derrick, Caleb, Brittany from tonight and Devin, Donny, Amber and Nicole kind of.

My all hater group Pow Pow, Victoria, Zach, Jocasta, christine

indifferent - joey, frankie, hayden, cody

Not sure I get the twists. when does battle of the block occur, and what happens to the veto comp?

I think the veto is gone until the show reverts back to original format.

my question: what if the HOHs want to put up the same person? I think both Frankie and Caleb (who I think are bonding) are going to both want to put up Zach, so what happens there.

Favorites (so far): Derrick, who was smart enough to not tell people he's an under cover cop, Caleb, although this one could go either way right now but what a freak, Brittany cause she seems smart and you know the obvious, Devin, Amber and Nicole (which could go either way depending on how El Cuatro goes), and my favorite of them all, Donny.

The rest I all pretty much dislike.

the alliance of everyone of my favorites would run the absolute **** out of the rest of them although I think they would have to add Frankie to that group, just to keep him from making a big deal out of things.

I think the BoftBlock is replacing Havenots comp...they've had the Hoh choose the HNs in the past and I'm sure they'll choose again.

Okay here's who I like so far: Christine, Nicole, Frankie, Donnie, Devin, Derrick (My favorite to win), Britanny, Palao

Indifferent but not irritating or annoying: Joey, Cody, Amber, Caleb, Hayden (He streaked within minutes of the feeds coming on), Jacosta

Hate: Zach, Victoria (She looks like a Kardashian)

Thoughts from watching the first two episodes:

The first 8 have a big advantage....get the lay of the land, start talking game, get choice of amenities. Get to watch the other 8 compete in a challenge.

I like Donny alot. He has shown hints of being smarter than he looks. Besides the beard, he doesn't really seem that old. Seems genuine.

I think Zach is a delta bravo (aka dbag). But the show is more fun with people like him.

I think you're lying if you say you couldn't stare at Amber's eyes longer than you would want to admit.

I'm not usually a fan of the flamboyant type on the show, but Frankie hasn't really made me too upset yet.

Not a big fan of how they're doing HoH, but will give a chance.

HATE American doing anything. I'm 99% sure there is no way America put Joey ahead of some of the others on there in the trio.

Not trying to turn this into a political thread, but I doubt a lot of conservatives watch this show. In fact it may be majority liberals. She was the only one who spoke about her political views which probably gave her votes. Again just trying to rationalize why she was voted onto it because so far she hasn't done much.

The first vote was done and closed before the first show. I think people were attracted to her by her hair. I'm surprised that Frankie didn't win it with his sister's twitter power.

If he doesn't get the vote this week, I'll be shocked

My thoughts on the first two episodes of BB16:

The fact that the first eight people got to spend a night in the house before the other eight was a bit unfair mainly because they got a chance to plot against those other eight while they still weren't in the house. Plus the second group of eight is way better than the first eight. Seriously if you take away Donny and Nicole from that group, you've got a bunch of bland characters and Frankie.

This Battle of the Block twist is pretty interesting, but I think it will lead the two HOHs to nominate two weak competitors each(the women and Donny most likely) so they don't lose their power. So while for now this twist should get rid of floaters, it kind of sucks that the strong men will not be targeted until this twist untwists itself.

I'm shocked that Joey got the first Team America spot mainly because I thought that Frankie would get it due to his connection with his sister. I don't really like this twist because I dislike anytime that America has any influence over the game.

Donny is my favorite character so far. I'm picking a Christine-Brittany final two with Christine winning.

This is a great episode of BB isn't it?

I cannot believe Thunderstorm betrayed Tornado.

(Stay safe tonight. I'm sure CBS will upload the ep tomorrow.)

Feel the same way. Stay safe.

However this really has nothing to do with the metro.

I know some you guys may be more Big Brother "traditionalists" and this is only the second season I will be watching, but the more I think about the more I think the HOH twist will be pretty interesting. It forces someone in the house to get some blood on their hands even though their block make not be up for the vote. I see this twist playing out two ways: First the two HOHs will play together and places someone one on each block they would have no problem voting out, or two the HOHs are part of two different alliances and it forces them to go head-to-head with each block.

I love the twist and I've been watching since season 2.

I have a feeling the storm is going to take up the whole ep but spoilering it anyway

Frankie nominates Britanny and Victoria
Caleb noms Paola and Donnie

Britanny and Victoria win Battle for the block.
Paola and Donnie are nommed Pre veto.

It all depends on how fast people begin to dislike each other. These twists usually don't last long.

Devin is seriously the dumbest person I've ever seen in my life. I laughed a good 5 minutes after he brought in those two girls.
