That’s low to the fan in me but probably fair. On the good side, we only need to exceed those expectations by a few games or steal a few close ones to be in the NCAA tournament next spring. We are on the bubble, not miles away, taking the above as our starting point. The difficulty of our non-conference schedule is not helping.

Our non-conference slate is the toughest it has been in awhile with games @ Oregon State and Auburn plus Seton Hall and the Atlantis trip. Take insurance on the season—-bet the under and hope for the over. Either way you win.

Vegas thinks three B12 teams quit playing basketball? What I've seen of K-State's so far, that might be a good idea.
I believe that is their predictions for teams that they think will make NCAA. So according to them, ISU is probably last team from Big 12 to get in, unless one of the 18 win teams have an extremely easy non-con.
