As I watch the show, I keep thinking how they're going to make Chuck, Hamlin, Kim, and Nacho disappear from Jimmy's life by the time Breaking Bad starts up.

I somehow think Chuck dies inadvertently by the hands of Jimmy. I'm thinking to get revenge Jimmy goes into Chuck's house at night and rewires the breaker box. When Chuck wakes up and he sees all the kitchen appliances running he flips out, runs outside into the street, and gets creamed by a passing truck.

I know. There's going to be something that happens, particularly with Kim. From previews I thought she was going to sell him this last episode, but I think she was just trying to protect him from finding out his brother was a massive tool.

I could see Chuck passing away.

I'm hoping Jimmy is able to do something quasi-illegal to take it to Hamlin before the series ends.

Nacho is very interesting. I want to see more of him, but we know he's not with Tuco during BB.

That got dark quickly.

Nice catch! Sounds like Nacho either gets in deep with the cartels or gets in deep **** with the cartels.

I heard about this reference in one of those Breaking Bad Easter-egg lists in Better Call Saul.

Other than the people disappearing before Breaking Bad, I'm also eagerly waiting for an appearance of Gus Fring.

Wasn't impressed with the season finale. I wished it would have ended with him looking up at the law office and make us wait all year to see what he chooses.

So Marco died and Kim is bored at her job? Is that why he decided to turn into bad jimmy?

Not a great episode, but I liked how it ended. Jimmy finally has the opportunity he always wanted, after ten years of trying to prove himself to his brother, and he walks away from it because he'd rather be happy as a wealthy sleazeball than continue to live in Chuck's shadow as a lawyer.

not a great episode, but a good one. And all that you said I agree with.... Jimmy needs to be happy.

before now, everything in ABQ was for Chuck. His friend died with a smile saying the last week was the best week of his life. That resonated with Jimmy. Be Jimmy. You'll be fine AND happy.

I liked the episode, but that wasn't much for a season finale. When does season 2 start? Hopefully not over a year like the final season of Breaking Bad.

Yeah, I was not too impressed with the season finale. I am guessing there are still episodes left to show in season one...(they are filmed, and banked, just not shown yet) they just picked this one to stop at, just to make sure there was enough interest.

Remember the show was supposed to start in October but was delayed until Feb. So maybe the rest of the first season will begin in August (maybe when Mad Men is done), and the real season 2 will start again in October, or maybe early Nov.

The only real thing was that Jimmy has realized he is going to be 'Slipping Jimmy' from here on out and becoming a lawyer like Chuck is not his thing. I was waiting for a cliff hanger, but it never happened.

Overall, I enjoyed it. It will get better and better and I will continue to watch it.

How many final episodes are left in Mad Men? How long of a break was there between these final Mad Men episodes and the previous season? Has it been over a year? Maybe 2?

Watching the finale right now. I really liked the camera work with the bingo balls shooting up. Vince Gilligan is an incredible producer.

Just watched the finale and I can't wait for the next season. I am really into this show. I know it has been slow but I like the building up of the back story.
