I never had the combo in school, love them both individually but definitely not mixed. I’m more of a spicy chili fan.

You need to try the Apple Fritters at Bricktown in Nevada. MY GOD. I agree Jaarsma has great ones too.

I think the secret to great fritters is they are pulled just before they start to burn. The crispy char makes good great.

I never heard of the combo (eaten separately but as a meal) until I read about it on here, maybe 10 years ago. Sounds off to me.

My wife went to the Martin bros store recently and it turns out she got cinnamon rolls there. She made some on Thursday and they were pretty good. She also picked up some crispitos. It's the little things in life

For any of my Minneapolis folks - hands down the best rolls are at Ruby’s Roost in Victoria.
