I like all four of these. 3 are cinnamon flavored, which I love, but nothing beats a good danish to start the day.

Served together, but they didn't force anyone to put the cinnamon roll in the chili. That's the psycho part.

Played in a 4 man scramble golf tournament a few years ago and they had chili and cinnamon rolls afterwards. Two of my teammates went up to the food line and went in reverse order so they could put their cinnamon roll in the styrofoam bowl BEFORE filling it with chili. Two of them did it and me and the 4th guy on the team looked at them like they just poured ketchup on a ribeye.

So I guess it's a 50/50 split on mixing chili and cinnamon roll in the same bite. Still, I keep my kids away from the two that did it and like their chili and dessert, I mix their advice with a healthy dose of skepticism.

Agreed, as long as you have the tools to spread the frosting and warm it up. If you do, they are very good.

Jaarsma in Pella. Their Apple fritter is unbelievable. Cooked till the exterior gets crisp and the apple is basically pie filling.

You need to try the Apple Fritters at Bricktown in Nevada. MY GOD. I agree Jaarsma has great ones too.

I like to make sweet breakfast rolls and your post sets up mine.

Not too much extra effort using plain Rhodes sweet dough and you could home make caramel cinnamon rolls. Which once cool enough is probably unsurpassed by any sweet coffee side. Pecans or crushed walnuts on top?

I never had the combo in school, love them both individually but definitely not mixed. I’m more of a spicy chili fan.
