Choose your top 4 QBs from the last 10 seasons. Use whatever criteria you want to determine those 4.
Apologies to Jerome Tiller for not making the cut, but only 10 choices can be added. :D

In all fairness, Tiller could have replaced Rohach I guess, but Rohach got my nod for engineering the largest ISU come from behind win.

Jerome Tiller fun fact...the only game in 2010 that ISU did not have a 3 and out on offense happened to be when JT started. However it was the season finale vs Mizzou and ISU also failed to score a single point.

Right now it is Arnaud. He wasn't the most flashy but was consistent and gave us the chance to win by not making mistakes. We have started a new QB nearly every 5 games since Arnaud. Purdy has been great but we need to see more games out of him before crowning him best.

I voted Arnaud. Purdy still has a lot to prove but he's as promising as anyone since Steele Jantz. Very excited for the future of Cyclone football with Brock running the offense!

Haha, that's so many quarterbacks.

Park may have the most physical talent of any of them but his departure and lasting image is maybe one of the worst.

Some awesome wins/memories out of many of them though.

Interesting to see that with 4 choices available, Arnaud is at the top of the voting ahead of other "flashier" choices. He was a reliable chain mover on 3rd down. He did have a pretty decent set of targets in his day with Blythe, Money Reynolds, Marquis Hamilton, and RJ Sumrall as the best guys off the top of my head. Hamilton was a guy that would pull in a tough catch in severe traffic and hold on despite getting hammered.

Agreed that Park was the most physically gifted. There really wasn't many/any throws he couldn't make, and his TD/INT ratio despite limited sample size is really good compared to most everyone else on my list.

I agree also, that Park really had all the tools to be really good, just did not have the mentality to hold it all together. Kind of a shame really, because the kid could have done some great things for ISU and himself.

Park, Arnaud, Jantz, Richardson

Arnaud was just a solid leader. I always kind of considered Park and Jantz about the same, Park just less turnover prone. Sam had some good skills, but no offensive line and all the different OC's really hurt his potential.

Park, Jantz, Richardson, Purdy

Barnett and Lanning could have been good QBs at a place like KState, particularly Lanning. He’s not a passer like Purdy, but if we had Mike Rose a year ago, Lanning running the RPO offense with DM would have been productive.

The mental part of being QB is such abig factor. The mental aspect is what makes the great QB’s great.

Arnaud was better than Park or Jantz. Those two guys could do make stupid decisions and errors. Jantz was a turnover machine. And Park had issues. That Texas game was ridiculously bad.

I believe Purdy will be very good. I just can't vote for a guy who hasn't even played most of a season. Could pull a park in a month and then what?
