Baylor and Wisconsin

this game started half an hour later than the first game and now is only about two minutes behind.

not repping the Big 12 very well Bears.

The entire B12, save ISU has been "not repping the B12" this year, and for about the past decade or so, the only other team outside of KU resembling anything remotely like repping has been Baylor.

This gives Hoiberg something to use for making sure our guys come out with energy tomorrow.

Good point - I thought the same thing. I am very impressed with Wisc, but does Baylor realize what they're playing for?

Every time a see a Baylor performance like this, which is all too often, I think, Scott Drew is Scott Drew. His teams have so much potential yet always seem to come up short.

Posted this in Sweet Sixteen thread, but if Baylor loses by 20 or more, they will be only the second team to win by 30 or more in Round of 32 and then lose by 20 or more in Sweet Sixteen. UCLA is the other - in 2000 - to Iowa State.

don't they have the best post season record in the country?

I think that was over the past 3 years or so.

May be. But I'm talking over all performance. Baylor has almost as many let downs as they have great performances. They don't seem to have any middle ground where they just win games. Losing is one thing, but when you are as high as 7th in the country at one point, you don't lose like this to Wisconsin. Hell, the announcers even asked Drew when he was going to switch to man to man at half. And Baylor came out in what? Zone again. If it's broke, don't fix it seems to be his motto.

The effort put forward by Baylor is disappointing for a Big 12 team. No adjustments that made any sense at all. They just looked from the start like they were beaten and ready to call it a season.

This is almost the same team they had last year, and granted it was the NIT, but they buried Iowa in that game. Does not even look like the same program tonight.
