Isn't that the truth!!

I watched Texas yesterday and they remain undisciplined, jacking treys from all over the place. That's not championship quality basketball. But I do like Shaka's new dew.

Tickled to see Baylor boat-race Illinois. Baylor/Zags is going to be a hell of a game.

Ku will be good enough to sweep us.

And WVU, I always get a kick out of how Bilas and others describe teams that play tough defense as 'streetball.' But Huggs doesn't have enough offense to win the league.
Conference is really good outside of ISU, TCU and KSU.

Totally disagree on Texas. The guys that were taking 3s can make those threes and did in fact make those threes.

The conference looks a lot like last season. Really strong at the top 4-5, then a huge drop off. It's going to be really hard for teams 6-10 to get wins against the top 5.

I'd say TT is somewhere in the middle of that drop off. They may not be as good as the top 5, but they aren't nearly as bad as the bottom 4.

It's a weird year where many teams are going to get shut down for weeks at a time while others are 100% fine so no result will be surprising. Teams look rough to start due to lack of practice and time spent together.

We really needed the Depaul game...this is a team that needs as much time as possible to show progress. Veteran teams that have played together for the past couple of years are going to have a huge advantage over those that are young or have a bunch of transfers.

It's why the mid-majors are having so much success against the big boys...that and empty arenas eliminating the home advantage.

It's too bad Gonzaga vs Baylor got cancelled. Was looking forward to that one.
Agreed. Zags play Iowa in a week or so. I really want Iowa to run up against a team that can match them offensively.

They couldn’t fully put UNC away tonight. That’s with 17 made threes.

Fort Hays State was 0-3 this year before beating KSU by 13. Emporia State, Washburn, and Nebraska-Kearney all beat them.

1-8 - All basketball teams

9-10 - Whatever the **** Iowa State and Kansas State are doing

Maybe that will be how it ends up but Kansas states losses are worse than ours.
