******* on the players who leave without publicly saying anything bad about the program is so lame to me. Some girls transfer and all the sudden there are "bad apples" and "entitled players". I guess that leads me to two main thoughts:
A) At some point you have to look at the least common denominator here. Lexi, Deane, Aubrey Joens, Addi, Jada, Audi, etc. All "bad apples", or all people who have realized there are better cultures/opportunities out there for them? The reality is that a player seems to have a shelf life of about 2.5 years here-- and they aren't all problems in the locker room. That's just an easy excuse.
B) Part of coaching in this era is going to be juggling personalities, motivators, etc. That's what made Campbell great. That's what makes TJ great. In an era where everything is so individualized, they created culture and togetherness. That's a coaches job. And if Bill can't do that, he's not fit to run a program in this era.
