Attendance stuff ...

So are these over 100% teams because:
  • capacity was reduced during that 5 year span,
  • they are overfilling the stadium,
  • they have standing room only that they don't count as part of capacity, or
  • they are playing games with the numbers?

I don’t believe Michigan’s stats. I watched a story about dropping attendance for them. So how is it possible they over fill it but have dropping attendance. The rest are believable

This is based on tickets sold as K-State reports anyway. For example, K-State shows 48,990 attended the ISU game last season. I would guess there were 41,000 in the stands at kickoff. So, that attendance number includes tickets sold not butts in the seats. And an AD told me that attendance includes everyone with a pass including media and cops. So, there's that angle as well.

Nebraska #10 at 102.97%?

Still able to inflate their numbers to keep the sElLoUt StReAk going

I just don't think it's fair to tout you can get 91,000+ attendance when you are only really getting about 55,000 total teeth and 35,000 total shoes.

Always been impressed by East Carolina.

Sad that Baylor is top 50.

Kinda like the coronovirus numbers coming out of China...don't really know what to believe.

Nebraskans struggle count past ten so I figure that is their issue.

Nebby decreased seating capacity by about 2,000 when they removed a bunch of upper level bleachers and slightly increased space between some of the 18 inch seats.

ECU has a surprisingly strong fan base. It helps that all of the P5 programs in NC are in the middle part of the state. The eastern part is culturally distinct and has a lot of Pirates fans. If they got good at football again, they could be in a P5 mix.

Did you catch the pic of KU at #80?

As many Cyclone fans as KU fans there

Have you seen the south endzone recently over in Lincoln NE?......An absolute ton of empty seats where students used to sit......Husker fans are in denial..... they are a Lousy Football Program and in over their heads in the B1G......Let the Losing Continue!!

That's about the same as Clyde Williams Field held.

Clyde Williams Field held 36,000 seats and an absolute great environment for football....Parking you ask?....In a neighbors back yard and you had better get their early to find a place to park...then walk down the street to a pizza joint and drink beer and eat pizza until it was Game Time.....
