That arena is super nice! Really sad that a P5 program that just won a National Championship is building a new arena with a 7,500 capacity. If we won a natty I think we could fill a 30,000 seat arena and then have some overflow watch the game from Jack Trice.
Great looking arena, although likely still too many seats for Baylor.
The Brazos in those images is less authentic than real estate photos.
If you're going to spend that much on a new arena, at least make it 10-12k, especially if you're going to use it as a multi-purpose arena and try to draw concerts. Waco (as much as a ****hole town it is) still has over 100k population.
Something about a continuous floating turd just didn't look right in the original mockup.
