Iowa State is definitely the exception and not the rule on that.

Attendance is going to be a big problem everywhere going forward and I think Baylor is making a really good decision as far as capacity. Smaller spaces with more amenities are the wave of the future.

If you're going to spend that much on a new arena, at least make it 10-12k, especially if you're going to use it as a multi-purpose arena and try to draw concerts. Waco (as much as a ****hole town it is) still has over 100k population.
