Athletic Facilities across the Nation

If ISU where to add a men's sport it will be: soccer, swimming or tennis. ISU already has facilities for these sports. Secondly each of these sports cost less to operate than hockey or baseball.

I feel that for SEC schools, Vanderbilt is like a generation behind. Which I get, because football just isn't that important for Vanderbilt.

Vanderbilt new Locker Room

Sorry. Another picture of a locker room? When someone comes along with locker room, weight room, nutritional center, media center, education center, rehabilitation center, overlooking a beautiful stadium renovation, etc, I'll take more interest. But, hey, that's just this proud alumni's architecture degree speaking. Oh, I know there are nicer ones out there (Northwestern for example), but this is yet another MEH in the scope of athletic expansions.

First thing you see in the Vandy video above is the $EC logo. Because they know without Bama, they can't build that facility

I'll wager my UNI tickets in a couple months that the first thing you see in the SPC video, when it's fully complete isn't a Big 12 logo

Think the most interesting part of the video starts around the 12:15 mark:

Would LOVE to see men's hockey added. That is so fun to watch.
Hockey is one of the most expensive youth sports to be in, and I cant imagine its much cheaper in college. I cant imagine adding a Mens Hockey team in the current Big12 situation....

Announced yesterday that the Knapp Center is going to undergo a renovation beginning in 2022. They will be adding seats in the corners so the lower-level will be bowled in:
