ASU Dual (1/06/26)

Interesting that he’s made the weight all season but now outgrown it.

I give him no shot at a title at 57, and was a definite contender at 49.

Man, 49 is so wide open.

I think it was a case like Evan. Evan CAN make 133, he is more of a 141 now without adjustments to his diet like he has made. Seems like common knowledge that Evan will be at 141 all season next year.

Sounds like Larkin is the same, he probably was struggling to keep his weight down. Only makes sense that IF he is going to make the jump he does it now after beating Vinny.

You do realize Euton has some of the heaviest hips on the team when healthy, right?
Maybe that is the case, but he hasn't shown it during the times I watched him. It seems to me that once an opponent is in on his legs he most likely is getting taken down. I am guessing the knee and ankle is not helping that.

Is anyone else getting these stupid anti virus pop ups?
What’s the point of reporting all the pop ups when nothing gets done about them.
You need to install Adblock plus to your browser. So far in 20 minutes it has blocked 329 ads on this site. This board was almost unusable for me until I got the adblocker.

I just watched this meet since I couldn't watch live. I am just a casual fan but I could have operated the scoreboard and clock better. They constantly tallied points to the wrong wrestler or didn't update at all and at one point at the start of a period with control failed to start the riding time clock - it wasn't home cooking because it was costing their wrestler time. Our wrestler got out after about 6-8 seconds and the RT clock never moved.

What an amateur operation. You'd think they would get operators who knew what to do or put someone knowledgeable next to them. Is it really that hard to look at a referee's fingers and wristband?

As far as the team goes, I really love Dresser's teams. I remember back in the day ISU facing Iowa teams and the takedowns were always like 3 or 4 to 1 in favor of Iowa. It is nice that Dresser stresses aggressive wrestling and constantly attacking. Sure you can get burned once or twice being too aggressive but you are prepared when you are behind and have to go all out.

Besides, it is much more fun to watch. :p

From what I see, that has reversed the last couple of years. For example, we hade four or five bonus pt wins last night against a ranked team.

Ech gave up the first take down last night. Then he put on a clinic. He is so fun to watch. :p

Our ESPN + product for home duals is about 15x better than whatever in the world that was last night.
