Ankeny Garbage Collection

I like the one every 2 weeks recycling in Ankeny. The bins are large enough and it saves money for everyone in the long run. Those little ones they used to have could get blown away by a ceiling fan.
 
People where I live freaked out when they switched to city organized trash collection. I've never seen so many people care about their garbage pickup service.

The first step toward socialism/nationalized industries/communism always starts with sanitation services. The revolution has started and the first shot was fired in a state full of passive/aggressive Scandinavians.

Yeah I'll be in the same area. I called mediacom this morning about transferring our internet (I'm currently under contract), but they had to submit a ticket to verify they actually can serve the address.

I wouldn't be heartbroken if they come back and say they can't

I didn't hear that and don't look in my garbage can during the summer.

yeah sounds like a bunch of people want a bunch for info before the issue is decided. I would'nt hold your breath that co-mingling will happen next year, too many interests have taken notice.

Lawn waste? What the h...? People still do that?
 
Just bumping because CF really can answer everything.

Moving to ankeny and having to decide who to use for trash pickup. Decided to search it here on a whim.

Seems like ankeny sanitation and waste connections might be the best options.
