No. I was under the impression that if you did a task or action it was taken care of unless someone told you it didn't happen. Which I can confirm I haven't been notified of it not being successful.

I don't think we will know for sure if they are back on until we get our reports from Salty. Say an imposter is there with you and day kills you, causing your action to not be completed (if that is how it works for simultaneous actions). You may be dead right now and not realize it.
I meant that for the second paragraph, referring to not having an optimal route to completing all of my tasks. So had to observe to fill gaps.
I'm confused by this. I am able to travel to multiple rooms in one day...

2. Fix wires
3. Go to storage

Fix wires is a three step task for me. How can you move twice and do a three step task all in the same day?? Isn’t that 5 steps in a day, which isn’t possible? I thought you could only do 3 steps aka action points a day.
If I’m way off I’ve been wasting a lot of time by observing instead of progressing.
I agree, I observed at strategic points where I thought I might see people, but it wasn't forced on me. Dandy is very suspicious right now.
A three step task is going to take multiple days. For example today you 1- move to room A, 2-fix the wires in room A, 3-move to room B. Tomorrow you would start in room B 1-fix wires in B, 2-move to room C, 3-fix wires in room C. And there you have completed your 3 step task in 2 days.
I only go through all that for you in case you are really a confused innocent, but to be honest right now I don’t know if I believe you.
Yeah I’m still not fully understanding the entire concept of this task/room/movement thing.
If I end a day in the room where the 3 step task is, can’t I complete the entire task in one day?

3 step tasks are in different rooms so no, but your thinking is correct. I've done that during the game - I move to a room using my third action and use my first action of the next day on completing a task in that room.
Here's typically how you'd complete the 3-step task. Move to step 1 of task, complete it, move to room of step 2. End day. Next day you complete task and move to room of step 3 and then complete it. End day 2.
You can complete a 3-step task in two days if that's all you do, but you can do other tasks in between each step to optimize your route and time to complete it. For example, today I'm finishing my 3-step, 2-step and a single step task all in one day because I optimized my route to one common area for all the tasks. That way I don't have to spend more than one day in here and can keep moving without retracing my steps.
