The first two paragraphs are my experience exactly. Never saw the full window Severance ad until today and it immediately started taking over like the survival of Apple+ is entirely dependent on me watching the program.First encounter today w/ the Severance ad.
Most of the time, desktop navigation is OK, other than the mini-pop-ups at the bottom, but I've gotten used to routinely X'ing those asap.
Phone is another animal entirely.

And I haven’t gotten that ad, but while looking at the LA fire thread ESPN thought it was absolutely necessary to show me an ad on both sides of the screen that the Rams and Vikings are playing in the NFL playoffs. It was so important that each time I excited out of the ad it started over again. The ad only stayed away once I exited that thread.
