This is not entirely true. Ward had a cradle locked up on the edge. Rather than going OB and losing the cradle, he tried a high risk/reward move and Jones caught him. Probably shouldn't have tried a move like that against a wrestler the caliber of Jones, but I do like to see the aggressiveness out of Ward.

Confirmed. Ward should of just got the takedown instead of going for the cradle. Ward looked agressive, but the cradle didn't work for him and he got pinned. I would not be surprised if Ward beat Jones in the Big12's.

Great win for ISU, they looked real good. Nice to see a lot of Cyclone Fans in Lincoln. If everyone that was in Lincoln today, brought (1) buddy, ISU would own that place.
