Iowa State wins impressively 21-13 over Tennessee! UT had a tall player that gave the sisters fits but overall the Sisters were far better!
I could use a fix of ISU women’s basketball! Where are you viewing these games? TIA

Fun format to watch.

VERY physical type of game. The team they played against was comprised of professional players (not WNBA). At times it appears hard fouls are let go as part of the 3x3 style. Should be a good experience for the women as a common critique of their play last season was, they struggled with physical teams.

Watched most of the women's games this morning and I thought the Twister Sisters were the best team out there. Hit 6 or 7 long range buckets and everyone had at leat one.

Hopefully she is okay but Ryan tweaked an ankle towards the end of the game. Did not seem too bad but she limped slightly going out of the game with about two minutes left.

Impressive win. Here's the full schedule and standings. Right now Iowa State has the biggest point differential at +18. The other 2-0 teams are Rain City Force at +17, Texafornia at +9, and Stanford at +8.

Seems to fit our style to a tee. With a shot outside the arch being twice the points of another basket it's like an exaggerated version of our game. Imagine 5-on-5 if "threes" were worth four points?

The players we sent are great at both shooting behind the arc and driving. With fewer defenders to provide help defense on the drives, that combination is a nightmare for opponents.

This is how street ball has worked forever. Threes are worth 2 points, everything else 1.

That, and tons of arguing about fouls. :D

21-8 win in game three and only took aroynd 7 minutes! But the opponent only had three players and one got hurt and they ended up playing 2 on 3. The Cyclones again were lights out from deep!

ISU dominated game three against a winless squad who finished with two women due to injury. Tomorrow could be fun if they get a game versus Texas or Stanford! Horns down! I can’t find rosters to see who is representing UT. Gotta be Rory - who else?
